This paper experimentally demonstrates a distributed photonics-based W-band integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) system, in which radar sensing can aid the communication links in alignment and data rate estimation. As a proof-of-concept, the ISAC system locates the users, guides the alignment, and sets a communication link with the estimated highest data rate. A peak net data rate of 68.6 Gbit/s and a target sensing with a less-than-1-cm error and a sub-2-cm resolution have been tested over a 10-km fiber and a 1.15-m free space transmission in the photonics-based W-band ISAC system. The achievable net data rates of the users at different locations estimated by sensing are experimentally verified.

针对被测样品的组成物质已知且彼此不混合的情况,提出了一种结合能谱信息的单能谱计算机断层扫描(CT)图像重建方法。该方法利用已知物质作为基材料对CT投影数据的采集过程进行数学建模,然后对该非线性模型进行基材料图像的迭代求解。在求解中,通过将基材料“不混合”的性质转化为向量正交性,实现了迭代过程的快速收敛。本文方法充分考虑了X射线的能谱和被测样品材料的属性,可显著地校正传统CT图像中的硬化伪影和金属伪影,有效地提高该类样品的CT成像质量。实验验证了所提方法的有效性。

与常规的自发拉曼散射相比,受激拉曼散射 (SRS) 经常使用两束光场 (泵浦光和Stokes光),这为偏振操控SRS过程提供了一个额外的自由度。为此,开展了泵浦光分别为圆偏振和线偏振的SRS对比研究。首先,基于非线性耦合波方程,从理论上分别推导了泵浦光为圆偏振和线偏振时 (Stokes光始终保持线偏振) SRS信号强度表达式。随后,以具有球对称的甲烷分子为例,实验测量了上述两种偏振光泵浦下甲烷分子υ1和υ3振动模在2800~3100 cm-1的SRS光谱。实验结果与理论分析一致表明:SRS的信号强度不仅与泵浦光的偏振态有关,还与待测分子振动模式的对称性紧密相关。本研究结果为SRS的偏振应用提供了有益启示。

Achieving spatiotemporal control of light at high speeds presents immense possibilities for various applications in communication, computation, metrology, and sensing. The integration of subwavelength metasurfaces and optical waveguides offers a promising approach to manipulate light across multiple degrees of freedom at high speed in compact photonic integrated circuit (PIC) devices. Here, we demonstrate a gigahertz-rate-switchable wavefront shaping by integrating metasurface, lithium niobate on insulator photonic waveguides, and electrodes within a PIC device. As proofs of concept, we showcase the generation of a focus beam with reconfigurable arbitrary polarizations, switchable focusing with lateral focal positions and focal length, orbital angular momentum light beams as well as Bessel beams. Our measurements indicate modulation speeds of up to the gigahertz rate. This integrated platform offers a versatile and efficient means of controlling the light field at high speed within a compact system, paving the way for potential applications in optical communication, computation, sensing, and imaging.

We present our efforts towards power scaling of Er:Lu2O3 lasers at 2.85 µm. By applying a dual-end diode-pumped resonator scheme, we achieve an output power of 14.1 W at an absorbed pump power of 59.7 W with a slope efficiency of 26%. In a single-end pumped resonator scheme, an output power of 10.1 W is reached under 41.9 W of absorbed pump power. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first single crystalline mid-infrared rare-earth-based solid-state laser with an output power exceeding 10 W at room temperature.

采用光斑直径为0.1 mm的激光束对2 mm厚QP980先进高强钢进行激光焊接。借助光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、万能材料试验机和显微硬度计等工具,研究焊接速度对接头成形、组织演变及力学性能的影响,研究发现,随着焊接速度的减小,横截面形貌从“钉”形逐渐过渡为“沙漏”形,最后变为“直筒”形。焊缝熔化区马氏体形态粗大,热影响区主要由较为细小的马氏体构成,硬度均高于母材;回火区由于母材马氏体发生分解,使得该区域硬度比母材低,但随着速度的增加,马氏体分解程度逐渐降低。由于焊缝的硬化,焊接接头断后延展率降低,不同焊接速度下的拉伸断口形貌表明均为韧性断裂。

多道激光熔覆层的表面平整度和搭接率的大小密切相关。为研究搭接率对倾斜基体激光熔覆层表面平整度的影响规律并获得平整表面的临界搭接率, 用椭圆模型拟合倾斜基体熔覆层的横截面, 并通过试验验证椭圆模型拟合的可行性。建立了倾斜基体的搭接模型, 得出倾斜基体上获得最佳平整度的临界搭接率的计算方法, 在基体30°倾角下研究不同搭接率对熔覆层平整度的影响。结果表明, 较小的搭接率会导致熔覆层的平整度降低, 较大的搭接率会使熔覆层不断堆积导致熔覆层高度增加, 在临界搭接率下, 可以在几乎不改变熔覆层高度的情况下获得平整的熔覆层。

在分析传统环形振荡器的基础上, 提出了一种基于开关电容的高精度低温度系数环形振荡器。采用了带开关电容电路的频率负反馈架构, 使得输出频率的精度与其温度系数仅取决于外部设定电阻与片上电容, 通过合理选择外部设定电阻, 即可实现高精度、低温漂的时钟输出。设计的高精度低温度系数的环形振荡器采用06 μm标准CMOS工艺设计。仿真结果显示, 当输出频率为5 MHz时, 输出频率误差≤174%, 频率温度系数≤811×10-5/℃。

提出了一种采用肖特基漏极(SD)与场板相结合、实现硅基垂直MOSFET器件反向阻断应用的技术。基于该技术,采用二维仿真提出并研究了两种新型垂直MOSFET器件,即带有垂直场板(VFP)的SD-VFP-MOS器件和带有倾斜场板(SFP)的SD-SFP-MOS器件。相比采用肖特基漏极的MOSFET (SD-MOS)和采用超结和肖特基漏极的MOSFET(SD-SJ-MOS),所提出的SD-VFP -MOS,尤其是SD-SFP-MOS,反向击穿电压有显著提高,且几乎不影响导通特性。开展了器件的开态电流密度、关态电势分布、关态电流密度和电场分布分析,揭示了VFP和SFP提高器件反向阻断能力的内在机理。详细讨论了场板结构参数对器件反向击穿电压和场板效率的影响,研究结果对于SD-VFP-MOS和SD-SFP-MOS的设计具有重要意义。

Employing couplers to convert guided waves into free-space modes and flexibly control their wavefront is one of the key technologies in chip-integrated displays and communications. Traditional couplers are mainly composed of gratings, which have limitations in footprint, bandwidth, as well as controllability. Though the resonant/geometric metasurface newly emerges as a promising interface for bridging guided waves with free-space ones, it either relies on complex optimizations of multiple parameters, or is subject to the locked phase response of opposite spins, both of which hinder the functional diversity and practical multiplexing capability. Here, we propose and experimentally demonstrate an alternative with a spin-decoupled meta-coupler, simultaneously integrating triple functions of guided wave radiation, polarization demultiplexing, and dual-channel wavefront manipulation into a single device. By endowing polarization-dependent functionalities into a pure geometric metasurface, the out-coupled left-handed and right-handed circular polarization guided waves intelligently identify the predesigned phase modulation and reconstruct desired wavefronts, like bifocal focusing and holography multiplexing, with a polarization extinction ratio over 13.4 dB in experiments. We envision that the robust, broadband, and multifunctional meta-coupler could pave a way for the development of versatile multiplexed waveguide-based devices.
